COMING UP!
The Pentecost Picnic is coming up, and sign-up sheets are in the lobby. Hamburgers, Turkey burgers, Veggie burgers and buns are being provided, so we just need the extras! Canon Tracie will be here with us that day for food and fellowship, and will be facilitating a congregational meeting to share our collective wisdom, and to explore the possibilities that lie before us. Each person's contribution is a vital thread in the tapestry of our shared future. This meeting is an invitation to engage in a process of communal visioning, and embracing the Spirit's guidance as we move forward here at St. Tim’s! It will be day of celebration, food and fellowship…and don’t forget to wear RED!
Our next meeting will be Friday, June 13th from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Richland Community Library. We will be discussing the book "How We Learn to Be Brave" by Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde. Many of us watched her speak and listened to her inspiring words. Even if you haven't had a chance to read the book, you are welcome to come and join in the conversation.
